Jack Housley. That's been a problem for YEARS. Even WORST the rates they offer the drivers on lame Uber Eats is hysterical. Only couple of States and NYC have confronted these apps. All states have to be on the same page but the corporate lobbying going on under the table is atrocious.

One more tuing that could really hurt or at least id like someone to explain. How can uber claim drivers are employees they are contractor but they have no rights in determining their owe fare outside of accept or decline but if you decline to many you wont get certain benefits or promotions. To me this seems like the easiest antitrust lawsuit for any lawyer to want to take on? Id love to have a lawyer ls opinion or someone with legal knowledge chime in

Beau S i never invested in uber i use to drive for them. I would rather invest into good companies that have a solid business model. Uber isnt very good tk its customer because its not very good to its drivers that supply theirs services. If people cant get rides consistently and drives keep canceling hiw us that good for it’s customers?

Uber has a serious internal problem that nobody in their company want to address and that’s extremely low driver fares which is going to cause low acceptance rates and high cancellations rates. Which is bad for the drivers bad for the customer and extremely bad for uber. Get better uber.

Uber really needs to fix its business model with its drivers. I drove for uber and ill tell you its not worth it at all once you factor in the cost of driving you will be lucky to make minimal wage if something major doesn’t go wrong.

Beau S drivers should be able to set their own fares depending on there time and distance driven then allowing uber to send that price back to the customer with ubers additional fee included with the price. If the customer fells that fare is to high let them choose a different driver.

0% commission, 100% fare goes to the driver, no surge pricing means, customer satisfaction. bharath taxi if implemented well will kill uber over time
